For one-time purchased courses, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have completed less than 30% of the course content.
Subscription Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- No refund for the current billing period after cancellation
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
Live Course Refunds
- Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the batch start date
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before the batch start date
- No refund within 3 days of the batch start date
- Batch transfers may be available (subject to availability)
